The objectives are to bring the students to:
- To locate its own conception and its practices of management compared to its activities, its environment and the tools placed at the disposal,
- To decipher and understand the various sets of actors,
- To reflect on its own posture and its managering attitudes, particulary in the difficult situations,
- To look further into its comprehension of organisational operations,
- To approach the concepts of team, learning organization, piloting of competences.
